Knox and I have been clinging to each other since his dad started staying here.

We hang out at the pool side, watch movies together, laugh together, and even pretend to kiss sometimes whenever his dad is watching.

This was supposed to be frustrating, but it wasn't. I was enjoying every bit of it. I love when he wipes my mouth with his thumb in the dining room, when he looks at me and smiles, when he tells me dry jokes that aren't supposed to be funny but we had to laugh about it.
