"Do you want to count the stars?" Leilah asked.

"Can you?" Alpha Jake answered.

"Yes, I remembered when my parents were alive, we always count the stars together, together with my sister." Leilah said.

"Fine let's do it." Alpha Jake replied.

Leilah stood up from the bed and they laid down outside the veranda staring at the stars.

"Aren't they so beautiful." Leilah exclaimed.

"They are so beautiful, just like you." Alpha Jake replied.

Leilah looked into his eyes and smiled.

He slowly insert his fingers in hers and they held hands.

"Staring at the stars brings back a lot of memories to me." Leilah said.
