He stalked toward me, as graceful and powerful as a big cat, his blue eyes lit with a possessive light and trained on me.
“No,” I told him. “Stay away from me. I don’t want anything to do with you.” I was so fucking angry with him right now I could spit.
“Well, that’s too fucking bad,” he said, his voice low and husky. “Because you’re not getting rid of me, Veda.”
