As I sat in the car, the soft hum of the engine providing a soothing backdrop, I couldn't help but become engrossed in the conversation drifting from the phone held by Alexander, Alexander. It wasn't intentional eavesdropping, more of a coincidental occurrence that had my curiosity piqued.

And then I heard it—the line that made my cheeks flush with embarrassment: "You're finally managing to lure my sister-in-law back to your den."
