I stared at Melissa, the night breeze shoveling through us as I thought of the possibility of anyone seeing us standing so close to each other.

Angered that she knew about Anabelle's forbidden love affair, I looked away from her. This is not Melissa's fault, she Is just trying to protect her friend who clearly is my friend too and blinded by love.

At first, when I saw Anabelle sneaking out of the pack some nights ago. I became skeptical, deep curiosity filled me as I wondered what she must be up too.
