I couldn't believe it has been two days since the attack. Tomorrow was the last day of our waiting period. Tomorrow would decide whether the love of my life would wake up or whether I had lost her for good.

I hadn't moved from her side once. I couldn't bring myself to sleep partly because of the guilt that was eating me up and mainly because the thought of her finally waking up and I am sleeping didn't sit well with me.
