Yes, I succeeded at summoning my powers, but now how do I stop it?

I think as my vines are wrapped around the rogues' bodies, squeezing and suffocating them like snakes.

I start to panic.

"Uh...Ivy, you can let them go. I think they are too weak to fight now anyway," Ryder says, clearing his throat.

"I don't know how!" I cry out. 

"Take a deep breath and try to calm down," Ryder suggests. "Your powers are fueled by your emotions, so if you can calm yourself, the vines should loosen their grip."

I take a deep breath and try to relax. But I keep thinking about Mindy's rude...
