"The queen wants us to go to the palace tomorrow," Amber says late at night, we're both sleeping in my bed with the angel snuggled between us.

"Why would we do that?" I ask her, the queen although she knew me from birth, she knew I was her daughter's fiance, but she's not very fond of me.

"She's mad at us," Amber answers me, the queen is always mad.
