I roll my eyes. “After listening to all the voicemails, I listened to the last unknown number.” I scan the voicemail and play it to them.

“Hello, Mackenzie. You’re alone now, aren’t you? At last, it’s our time together, and soon you’re gonna be mine, sweet Mackenzie.”

Everyone gasps and Sebastian growls, fisting his hands.

“Motherfucker.” Seb runs his fingers through his hair.

“Well, that’s creepy. He seems to know Abby pretty well. What’s the plan?” Pat doesn’t look amused at all.
