Lilian's POV

As I sat down there flustered, I didn't know what else to say.

He too was shocked as he didn't say anything. Instead he was thinking.

I looked back at Cora and sighed then looked at him again.

Before I could say anything, he beat me to it.

"Is she mine?"

My breathing quickened as I kept on staring at him.

He had no sort of emotion on his face.

Happiness, anger, sadness. None of that.

"Answer me." He said impatiently which made me sigh.

"Yes they are-"

"Then why didn't you say anything."

"Because I thought that you guys will take them from me." I said...
