I rummage through the shelves of the library. There is a part with all the powers, but I'm looking for something concerning the rare, even imaginary powers, whether they are powerful or not.

It is not because a power is powerful that it is rare: my father was a telekineticist, he was the most powerful Elementaris until he lost everything (before him he was also a person with the same power, if I remember correctly), Ben's power is also strong.

Just because a power is rare doesn't mean it's powerful either: there aren't many people whose power can see the truth, but it's not powerful compared to Ben's.
