It’s amazing to wake up with Braden’s strong arms around me.

“Hey,” he says.

“Hey.” I look around and can’t tell the time from the small amount of daylight I see in the small, high windows. “How long did I sleep?”

“Most of the day, but that’s okay,” he says. “We have plenty of time on the ship before we get home. Might as well get your rest. Plus, you needed to rest up for this.” He wiggles his eyebrows, and I have to laugh.
