Freya won’t stop turning to look at the cars behind us. “Everything’s fine,” I try to assure her.
“Are you sure they know what to do if the artifacts jostle around?” she asks.
“You packed them personally,” I remind her. “We’re good. The artifacts are good. All that’s left is to decide what you want to do with them.”
