"Dad" I say holding my only father figure's hand, he was dying, we don't die, not easily, but he is. He got shot in the heart, the one who shot him aimed for a kill, we are immortal, but we could die if you knew how. A shot, a silver shot to the heart, that was enough to kill him, it's a risk we never took, we don't try to kill each other, no one would mess with us.
