The Premonition
As she breathed against his chest, Tessa’s hot breath sent vibrations through his skin, making Rafik look up from the page he was on to glance down over her. Smiling to himself at the prize that Fate had bestowed on him, Rafik pushed his head back into the sand-littered blanket and returned to Odysseus’ adventure while he let her sleep the day away.
