What should I do?

No matter how hard I tried to seduce Jace, he wouldn’t even look at me. And when he did, he looked at me like I was trash. Something to scrape off his expensive shoes.

I’d done everything I could think of. Dressed in my best clothes. Worn my most expensive perfume. Stayed late at the office. Offered myself to him again and again.

Nothing worked.

Everything I did just made things worse.
