"What is it?" I murmured, my hands resting on her waist, completely distracted by how close she was.
Before she could answer, my phone vibrated for like the tenth time in my pocket. I guess it had to be important.
I let out a groan, closing my eyes in frustration. "I am so sorry. Hold that thought."
"It's fine, check it," she urged softly, stepping back to give me space.
I pulled out the device and sighed when I saw the caller ID.
