Emma stood in the garden completely perplexed by Lydia's words.

Like what the hell just happened now? Emma questioned in her head.

Alpha Devon and Kent watched from the highest balcony.

"Does her intentions look pure to you? Why would she even threaten Emma? She acted like everything was fine hours ago. Now, what's the sudden twist of character" Kent said and Devon kept mute for some minutes.

"Why do you sound surprised? You're acting like you've forgotten the kind of she-wolf Lydia is. It's been ages since we saw each other but that doesn't mean her character and personality have changed and that's why I tried talking...
