I woke up feeling weak and extremely tired, my back aching badly. Rosa was still fast asleep. I looked blankly at the wall after about seven minutes before I got interrupted by a ring coming from my phone. The caller ID stated that it was an unknown number.

I went ahead to pick the call. "Hello, Gerald? How are you doing?"

I frowned. Who was this? The voice of the caller was definitely a female's, but the voice wasn't even familiar.

"Hello, who's this? Who am I speaking with?"

"Oh sorry, I didn't introduce myself. I'm Valerie. We've met before at a cafe. Harry's ex?!"
