"My lord! I found Lady Claire!"

ADRIAN'S Beta said shouting from the entrance of the Palace.

I could hear more footsteps approaching where he stood carrying me.

"What the hell happened to her?!" Adrian's voice came in

I was thrilled by the way his voice sounded so angry, confused and sincere. I could hear how worried he was in his voice. I wanted to smile but I couldn't risk blowing my plans.

I maintained composure ìn the beta's arms.

"Call the best doctors in the whole pack!, let them attend to her; somebody gets me some vitamin supplements to aid in her healing process; she's taking time...
