Tension hung in the air as silence stretched uncomfortably between them. Both of them were lost in thoughts, nurturing and planning their next moves.

Rosa heaved a sigh of relief at the thought that her meeting with Silas was over.

Silas' dull eyes were suddenly brightened with anger as he glared at Rosa who flinched, moving backwards as fear crept into her heart.

Observing his body language, Rosa maintained a distance from him, afraid that he would pounce on her at the slightest provocation.

"Why is she still there?" Silas' cold voice broke the silence before his angry eyes landed on her.
