The city was a blur of lights and shadows as I drove through the narrow streets. The neon signs flickered like angry spirits, casting an eerie glow over the cracked pavement. My mind was a storm of rage and grief, the image of the Mayor's campaign headquarters in flames seared into my memory. They had gone too far this time. Blake and his lackeys had crossed a line, and I was going to make them pay.
