I looked at him, and saw the glee spark in his eyes, followed by the content smile.

“Once more, enjoy your meal.” I stressed. There was no way I was about to give him the satisfaction of him knowing he had managed to get me curious, and a little anxious.

“Aren’t you curious to know what it is?” He asked, cocking his head to the side.

“Not at all. Enjoy your meal.” I replied, and left him sitting there. As I walked away, I felt completely uneasy. I knew Lopez wasn’t just a businessman as he was known in his city. He definitely had some shady business going...
