Carter’s nose landed on my neck, and, like instinct, he released his pheromones. The sharp pang in my head slowly dissipated. If he weren’t here, I don’t what what I would do. Feels like I’ve been dependent on him these past few days and that is not a good sign. This is getting dangerous. What if I’ll lose my shit and just straight up barged in their classroom just because I’m intoxicated with his scent? Just because I miss him?? That would be so humiliating!
