It's been a few weeks now since Cynthia visited Maverick.

“I think it’s time to let Maverick know I am carrying his baby and he needs to think of what we will do with the baby.” Cynthia said as she bit her lips.

“It's been over four weeks, and I think you should tell Maverick now that you are pregnant.” Oliver agreed with her.
