Cynthia kept staring at him in shock, she felt so speechless.

Is Maverick being for real or he is just pulling her legs?

"Maverick, are you sure your senses are still intact?" Cynthia asked, still not believing him.

"How else do you want me to prove that I am really sorry? We are going to become parents soon, let's make things work out for the sake of our baby. I promise to make it up to you," he said calmly and she continued staring at him.
