Jolene's POV…

I rushed into my father's chambers but surprisingly met Paulene there already, I ignored her and went straight to father's bed.

He was laying like a log of wood with his eyes closed.

"Father! Father!" I called out but got no answer.

My mother was sitting beside him on the bed, she was already in tears.

"What happened to him? Why is he like this?" I queried but my mother was unable to answer me.

Paulene stepped forward and spoke up,

"He fell in the bathroom and has been like this since then,"
