As soon as I got to know that Paulene was locked up in the pack cell, I sprang up and rushed out of my room immediately.

I rushed to the pack prison and inquired from the wardens which cell Jolene was locked in.

They directed me there and truth be told, I saw Paulene in one of the cells.

I gasped immediately, how can they lock my sister like she is a criminal?

Are there no punishments other than this one? .

"Paulene! Paulene! Are you okay?" I asked worriedly and she raised her head up. She actually buried her face in-between her laps.
