I got into my room and shut the door angrily, gosh! I feel like I would explode in a few minutes.

It took a lot of self control for me not to pounce on Paulene and tear her into pieces, I didn't retaliate when she slapped me, not because I was shocked but because I don't want to because I know things may get worse.
