I had stopped crying for a while and I was just quiet now. Jason tried to call me before but I didn't pick up. I just watched it ring until it cut.

I couldn't take it.

He still had the gots to call me?

What did he want to say?

Did I get the divorce agreement?

Have I signed it?

"Eve.."

"Eve.." Max's voice jolted me from my reverie.

"What are you going to do now?" Max asked and i shot him a look.

"What can I possibly do?" I thought as I looked away instead of answering his questions.
