"If it isn't the famous Eve.." Alice said with her voice laced with venom.

"What do you mean?" I asked frowning.

"Ohh... You know what I mean." She said in a sly voice.

"Whatever." I hissed.

"Have fun.. I'm going to see Jason.." she said in a singsong voice walking away before I could say anything.

I got into the elevator feeling my stomach churn. I had this unsettling feeling in my stomach.

"Is Jason still seeing Alice?" I couldn't help but wonder and that thought lingered in my head all throughout the day.
