After a while, he was so busy that he wasn't able to get Vicky's call in time before it went to voicemail. A minute or so later, he saw a flash of movement down the hallway and looked up, seeing her looking around the corner toward his cubicle. She frowned and pointed at him, then made a phone motion with her hand moving towards her mouth and ear before disappearing around the corner again.

Sighing and feeling like he knew what was coming, he waited for her to call again and quickly picked it up.
