"I can't even meet another woman?" Nick teasingly asked her. Veronica can't believe that he dared to ask.

"It's your business whether you touch other women or not, and it's my business that I don't want to be touched by you!" Veronica made up her mind and vehemently refused to do 'that' with him!

If he didn't touch her, it's not good for Nick. If he didn't touch it, it's good for her.

Of course, she chose the latter to protect herself.
