The guests had left and Ralph and Raven returned back to their apartment. Ralph unlocked the door and his chauffeur brought up their luggage upstairs. After they went inside, Ralph locked the door and Raven's heartbeats increased when he looked at her. He strode towards her and picked her up in his arms, bridal style. Raven's arms went around his shoulders for support. The suddenness of it all had her heart beating like thunder. The whole ride back to the apartment Raven had been having butterflies in her stomach thinking about what would happen once they reached.
