At one time, the World Killer Alliance was jointly encircled and suppressed by Interpol and more than a dozen governments because of its global prominence.

However, not only did they not exterminate this huge organization, but during that period, dozens of people were killed and injured by Interpol. Among them, the spokesman of Interpol, who had sworn to exterminate them the day before, was killed by the Killer Alliance the next day.

That's not to mention the fact that a dozen or so countries that have declared their alliance to encircle and suppress killers, including a small Nordic country, have been assassinated successively by the members of the royal family...
