"I have to use the restroom. I'll be right back."

I didn't wait for Fallon's response. I bolted out of my seat towards the restroom and dialed one of my contacts.

After Annabelle's call, I got worried. Frightened even. It meant the police was on to me which meant I was in serious trouble.

"Hello ma'am."

"Don't you dare fuck with me. What did you do!"

"Exactly what you asked me to."

"If you did then the police wouldn't be on to me right now. Fix this mess. Call your informant at this station. If I go down I'll make sure you and your family suffer!"
