Nolan’s POV
The explosion echoed in the distance, a thundering roar as the BPO facility collapsed into ruin. The shockwave rattled the getaway car, but I barely registered it. His mind was racing, his heart pounding, as Blitz kept driving. Sweat clung to his brow, his breath shallow and rapid.
"Stop the car," I finally rasped, voice raw from the panic still gnawing at him. Blitz threw him a sidelong glance but did as asked.
