Sam pulled over in front of her house and he stared at her. She noticed his engine wasn't turned off, it simply meant he wasn't ready to talk.

"Thanks." She said disappointedly and opened the door, getting out. She closed the door and walked into the gate of her apartment, closing the gate before she stopped. She heard the revving of his car and then, he was gone. Peeping through the gate, she saw the rear of the car dissappear down the road. He wasn't ready to settle things.
