Jaxon carefully dropped Ruby on the bed as he checked her pulse yet again. She was burning.
He held this frustrated look on his face as he had no idea about what to do in the situation that he was in.
He had not really taken care of anyone in his life, he was an only child, with no siblings.
He didn't even know what was wrong with her or why she was burning. The only reasonable logic he could come up with as an educated person was that she might be having a fever.
