Ruby had a perplexed look on her face as she watched Jaxon walk into the room.

He came straight to her as he placed his hand on her forehead.

“How are you doing?” He asked, as his eyes studied her.

He was so pissed an hour ago, but then her leaving without any protection didn't sit well with him and when he checked her location, it said she was at the hospital.

“I'm fine” Ruby responded with a weird look on her face.

She didn't ponder much on his sudden appearance, she already knew that he could track her location whenever he wanted to.
