I watched my son pick up flowers with a big grin. Elroy loves picking flowers for his mother, believes it is the right thing to do for a woman you love. I wanted him to be fearless and ruthless, but his mother was doing the opposite of what I wanted, raising him to be a sweetheart and total darling.
