“This is not looking good, not good at all.” I said, we have been trying to stop the bleeding from the knife wound for hours. But nothing was working. I have used intravenous vitamin K, fresh frozen plasma, blood, and platelets, but it did not stop no matter what we tried. “Nurse keeps your hand on the bleed, while I clamp the wound to stop the bleeding, then I’m going to stitch and glue it close and let the clamp remain, maybe that will buy us some time let’s hope this will work.
