ANMELA'S POV

I napped for about a minute, I think. I got up from the bed and looked for my clothes. I hung my feet and touched the ground afterward.

I went to the closet and put my clothes on. I was smiling while walking towards the door. I was about to step out of the room when I heard Laurent.

"Bye, I love you, too."

My feet were stuck on the ground. I felt like someone threw me cold water that made me freeze. My heart tightened immediately. Suffocating every corner of my chest. I could feel the continues stabbed in it. Suddenly, the tears in my eyes condensed....
