Declan didn't explain further. "Mom, just go along with it and prepare for five servings."

Since her son said so, Monica didn't press further. Plus, having an extra portion of food was no big deal for the Adamms Family.

Eileen found it amusing. "I didn't expect Dr. Adamms to be so caring."

Declan chuckled at something amusing. "Ha ha, if we don't feed that stray cat properly, it might just flip the roof off our house."
