I could not lose her. The idea of Gazzy leaving me forever made my chest hurt badly. My alpha pride broke apart. The bully act I used for years seemed dumb now. I had to tell her the truth or she would hate me always. I found her at the border the next afternoon. She sat on a log and threw rocks into the stream. She looked angry and sad.

"Gazzy" I said as I walked up slowly. "We need to talk for real this time, no alpha commands."
