"What makes you think I care about here?" I growled at Gregory on the phone. I was just with Amelia in the hospital, who had surprisingly woken up when I got a call from the bastard. 

He said he has Mia and was going to kill her... Why was I going to care about that? I thought. 

But the truth was that I immediately became terrified. 

"Dear brother, I heard a good source that you're in love with this woman, so... I think you do care." Gregory said sounding nonchalant. I could bet he had a smirk on his face right now.
