Wondering why she demanded my presence, I was confused at this point.

"What's the reason for this sudden summon from the Queen?" I asked him as he focused his attention on the road other than my words. 

"When you meet her in person you can ask her by yourself" He retorted as he stole glances at me and walked back to the house.

"This is absurd" I stuttered, knowing I had a weird feeling about accepting the proposal of the queen. 

"Where are we going?" I asked, wondering why he always checked his mirrors to be sure that no one was following him.
