Scarlet abandoned me. Margo tried to kill me, and now after everything I was going to be the one facing the law for Margo's criminal charges. My lower body was badly damaged but that didn't stop them from cuffing me to my bedside as if they thought I could escape from the hospital.

They should not have bothered. After being in horrible pain for a whole week I was sure I would not be walking for a while without some sort of assistance and that was if I could walk at all. But I guess I should be grateful to still be alive.
