Adrian's POV 

     She didn't finish her sentence before she fainted. I carried her without missing a beat and ran into one of the wards. 

     “I don't care what you guys do, bring her back to consciousness”, I barked out using my Alpha tone and all the doctors scurried to work. I held her hands the whole time and could slowly feel her heartbeat slowing down with every passing moment. 

      Please stay with me, Lola. Please save her, Selene, I prayed to the moon goddess as she was being attended to. I couldn't bear the thought of losing her also. It was already heavy for me to have lost my mom...
