I raised an eyebrow, intrigued despite myself. "A business opportunity? What kind of business?"

Sophia leaned back in her chair, a confident smile spreading across her face. "I invest in people, Eva. People with potential, people who need a little push to achieve their goals. And I think you're one of them."

I shook my head, trying to process what she was saying. "I don't understand. What do you get out of this?"

Sophia's smile grew wider. "Let's just say I get a return on my investment. But I think you'll find it's a fair trade. So, are you interested?"
